If you do not receive your download link within 15 minutes of purchase, please check your spam or junk folder. If the issue persists, contact our support team with your order email address and we will resolve the issue promptly. Delivery failures due to incorrect email addresses provided by the Buyer are not the responsibility of Fanvult.

File Formats

Digital products are delivered in various file formats depending on the product type (e.g., .xmp, .dng, .lrtemplate, .pdf, .zip). It is your responsibility to ensure you have compatible software to use the purchased product. Compatibility requirements are listed on each product page where applicable.

When you purchase a digital product through Fanvult, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the product for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise specified in the product listing.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Fanvult.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect, by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
